We consolidated ourselves in Oceania by inaugurating a modern and innovative "model plant" with next-generation proprietary technology in Melbourne, Australia, which enabled us to launch an attractive portfolio of products in this country-continent in accordance with Australia's consumers, such as corn and wheatflour tortillas, "totopos", taco shells and flatbreads under the Mission brand.
This year despite the the difficult environment due to the global economic crisis, we achieved the best worldwide sales in our history.
In September 2009, we received the valuable «World Finance 100» award granted by the prestigious London-based magazineWorld Finance(one of the leading global financial magazines, distributed in over 200 countries). The award recognized the Company as one of the 100 leading companies in its line of business.
