Submission of Complaints
Issues Subject to Complaint:

Any fact, situation, practice or behavior which is deemed or may be illegal or inappropriate in connection with the operations, guidelines and operation policies of GRUMA, its internal control system, internal audit, accounting and accounting records, as well as in connection with behaviors or actions which are deemed or may be non-compliances to the GRUMA Code of Ethics or the applicable laws, or which may represent damages against GRUMA.

Means for Filing a Complaint:

In order for the Complaints to be effectively received and properly managed, Complaints must be submitted by the Informant, through the following:

Through the Reporting System enabled in every country where GRUMA operates; either:

•  By Accessing the Submission of Complaints website “Ethics Point” or,
•  By dialing the free telephone lines applicable to the country in which the Informant 
is located; available 24 hours a day, the 365 days of the year.

By personally contacting any of the members of the Ethics Committee, the Audit Committee, the Chief Administrative Office, the Chief Financial and Planning Office, the Chief Human Resources Office, the Chief Internal Audit Office, or the Chief Legal Office, and their equivalents in each division or business unit of GRUMA.
